How information is used when you contact Hirgal Labs.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, selected service, and project description. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request and respond to you. The contact-page form does not store enquiries in a database; AI chat service requests are stored as described below. If the form is enabled, your message is delivered to our configured business inbox through Resend.
Service providers
Our hosting provider processes technical requests. Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact submissions to reduce abuse; Resend processes delivery of submitted messages. These providers may process technical or contact information according to their own privacy policies.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries remain in the receiving mailbox as needed for responding and managing the business relationship. You can reply to our correspondence to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This implementation has no advertising or analytics trackers. Language is selected through the URL. Security verification may process technical browser information.

Hirgal AI and privacy
The assistant uses a secure cookie to associate your browser with a 7-day anonymous session. People sharing a browser profile share its chat access. Messages are sent to OpenRouter and the selected model provider to generate replies; do not send secrets or sensitive information. Chats are retained for up to 30 days and service requests for up to 90 days. With your consent, service requests are emailed to our team through Resend. Clear history deletes your chats; End session revokes this browser’s access. Submitted service requests are retained separately; request deletion through our contact page. Hirgal Labs does not use your conversations to train AI models.
